I'll be honest, I wasn't sure this family session at the Kearny Mansion Museum was going to happen. The morning of the session, I drove to the Central Valley and into a major dust cloud. Windy and dusty. Yikes! But we decided to give it a whirl and luckily had some coverage from the wind. The weather definitely get the crowds away so we had the park all to ourselves.
Fun fact, back in October I had donated a family session to my former high school for a sports fundraiser. One of my old softball teammates won the session. It's probably been at least 15 years since I've last seen her. It was so great to see her again and her boys were just the best! The love and joy this family shares just shines through. It was such an honor to photograph her family.
And can we just talk about their outfits. I mean, she is stunning in that dress and her husband and boys are dressed to the nines!
