This past fall I had the pleasure of doing a multi-generational family session at Woodward Park in Fresno. Stefani had reached out to me wanting to surprise her mom with a session with her family, her brother's family and of course her parents. I was 100% in! Multi-generational sessions are some of my favorite. Yes, it can be a lot of people, but I know how precious these photos can be. Three generations together! These are photos that grandparents get to enjoy now and they're images that the grandkids will treasure when they're older.
It was a pretty special session, because I've known Stefani since we were kids. My sister and I grew up playing sports with Stefani. We all played softball together starting in Bobby Sox. That was forever ago! Stefani was a year behind me in school, but she was a fierce competitor and great athlete so we also play JV Volleyball together. Both Stefani and her brother are great athletes and that has definitely been passed down to their kids.
It's always so much fun to connect with old friends in person. We're able to keep up through social media, but it's 100 times better getting to see each other in person. Sometimes you forget how quickly time passes until you see your friends with their own families. I'm so thankful Stefani trusted me to capture these special memories for her family.
